With over 99,000 purchases, Notes has quickly become a favorite among users. This simple yet effective flashcard app is designed to help beginners learn the letter names for notes on both the bass and treble clef. From "F" on bass to "G" on treble, this app covers all the basics.

Switching between treble and bass clef is as easy as tapping the clef symbol - a convenient feature that users appreciate. Furthermore, you have the option to choose from different letter notations, including C D E F G A B, C D E F G A H (commonly used in Germany), and Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Si (Solfège).

Aside from its core features, Notes offers some additional functions that enhance the overall learning experience. For instance, the app displays a random note on the musical staff, challenging you to tap the correct letter or key. What's more, the app is MIDI enabled, allowing compatibility with Apple Core MIDI compliant devices.

To customize your experience further, you can easily toggle visual effects on or off by tapping the trophy icon. Additionally, if you prefer to focus on specific notes during practice sessions, simply tap the gears icon to access the settings screen and disable all but the desired notes.

It's worth noting that this app has slight variations in functionality depending on whether you're using portrait or landscape orientation. To switch orientations, first make sure your device's orientation lock is off. Then, launch the app in portrait mode and rotate your device to landscape mode. If you encounter any issues with rotation, try toggling your lock orientation setting before attempting again.
